Please read the FAQ on our website before booking. The deposit comes off your final bill. We can only offer to refund/reschedule if you let us know at least 48 hours before your booking that you need to change numbers, reschedule, or cancel. Painted pottery is ready to collect 8-10 days after your visit, we do also offer UK postage or in some cases a slightly faster turnaround. Please note, your booking is held for 15 minutes, if you do not complete the booking within this time you may lose your slot. Awaiting an automated confirmation email? Check your spam/junk folder. If the booking looks like it timed out but you've already paid please contact us ASAP so we can check your booking went in and the payment is attached. We run pottery painting sessions every day (all ages), as well as throwing classes at the weekends (12+ yrs). On selected Thursdays we run evening classes for either making/throwing or painting pottery (adults only), and in school holidays we run throwing classes for kids between 8-12 yrs old.
